Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use LaunchYourAI’s website, LYRA, and any services we provide. It exists alongside our Terms of Use and is incorporated into those Terms by reference. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

The spirit of this policy is straightforward: use our platform for the purpose it was built for, treat others with respect, and do not try to misuse or manipulate the system. Most users will never need to read this carefully — it exists for clarity and to address the edge cases that require it.

1. Permitted Use

LaunchYourAI’s platform — including the website, LYRA, and our service offerings — is designed for:

  • Exploring how AI might benefit your business workflows and operations
  • Booking and participating in AI diagnostic sessions
  • Engaging our team for workflow assessment, AI implementation, and managed hosting services
  • Learning about AI opportunities relevant to your industry or business model
  • Communicating with our team through contact forms and follow-up channels

We welcome curious, exploratory, and open-ended conversations with LYRA. There are no “wrong” questions within the scope of business workflow and AI opportunity assessment. We built LYRA to be approachable and genuinely helpful for business owners who may be unfamiliar with AI.

2. Prohibited Use

The following uses of our platform are not permitted. This list is not exhaustive — the governing standard is whether the use is consistent with the lawful, good-faith purposes for which the platform was built.

Harmful or Illegal Content

  • Do not use LYRA or any part of our platform to generate, request, distribute, or store content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or in violation of any third party’s rights
  • Do not attempt to use LYRA to produce content that facilitates harm to individuals or groups
  • Do not use our platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Misuse of LYRA

  • Do not attempt to manipulate LYRA into operating outside her intended scope — for example, by instructing her to ignore her guidelines, pretend to be a different system, or produce content unrelated to workflow and AI advisory topics
  • Do not use LYRA as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or tax advice — she is not designed for this and her outputs should not be relied upon for decisions in these domains. See our AI Disclosure for more detail.
  • Do not attempt to test, probe, or stress LYRA’s safety guardrails as a research or adversarial exercise. If you have legitimate concerns about safety or AI behavior, contact us directly.
  • Do not automate high-volume requests to LYRA in ways that would place undue load on the system or circumvent intended usage limits

System Prompt and Configuration Extraction

  • Do not attempt to extract, reproduce, or share LYRA’s system prompt, configuration instructions, or operational guidelines. These are proprietary to LaunchYourAI.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI configuration through iterative prompting, adversarial inputs, or any other technique
  • Do not share any system prompt fragments or configuration details that LYRA may inadvertently reveal (reporting them to us is welcome; distributing them is not)

Sharing Others’ Sensitive Data

  • Do not share personal information belonging to your clients, patients, employees, or other third parties through LYRA without their knowledge and appropriate authorization
  • Do not upload, paste, or transmit through LYRA any content that contains protected health information (PHI), financial account details, social security numbers, or other sensitive personal data belonging to individuals who have not consented to its processing in this context
  • If your business handles regulated data (e.g., HIPAA-covered entities, financial institutions), consult your compliance counsel before sharing any data samples with LYRA — even anonymized or abbreviated versions

Uploading Illegal Content

  • Do not use any upload or submission mechanism on our platform to transmit copyrighted material without authorization, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or material that is illegal to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction

Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, or databases
  • Do not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access, index, or extract content from our platform without prior written permission
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the availability or performance of our platform through denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or other disruptive methods
  • Do not use our platform to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful software

3. Consequences of Violation

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Use, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning and request that you cease the prohibited behavior
  • Temporarily suspend your access to our platform or services
  • Permanently terminate your access to our platform or services
  • Cancel any active engagement or refund obligations, consistent with our Terms of Use
  • Report the conduct to relevant authorities if it appears to involve criminal activity
  • Pursue other legal remedies available to us under applicable law

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior on our platform that you believe violates this policy — including LYRA outputs that appear harmful, inappropriate, or outside her intended scope — please let us know.

To report a concern:
Email: legal@launchyourai.com
Subject line: “AUP Concern” or “LYRA Output Concern”

Include as much context as possible: what you observed, when, and any relevant conversation excerpts. Reports submitted in good faith are appreciated and will be reviewed promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
