Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 2026
LaunchYourAI is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that accessible design is good design — it makes our platform easier to use for all visitors, not just those who rely on assistive technology.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our accessibility standard. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Meeting WCAG 2.1 AA fully is an ongoing effort. We treat accessibility as a continuous improvement process, not a one-time checklist. This statement reflects our current status and is updated as we make improvements.
2. Current Accessibility Features
The following accessibility practices are currently implemented across our site:
Semantic HTML
Our pages use semantic HTML elements — headings (h1 through h3), nav, main, footer, section, and related tags — to give the page structure meaning that assistive technologies can interpret. Screen readers and other tools rely on this structure to help users navigate efficiently.
Keyboard Navigation
All primary navigation, form fields, buttons, and interactive elements on our site are designed to be operable via keyboard alone — without requiring a mouse or touch input. This includes:
- Tab order that follows the logical visual flow of each page
- Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see which element is currently active
- Dropdown menus and mobile navigation that are keyboard-accessible
- Form submission via the Enter key where applicable
Screen Reader Support
We test our pages with common screen reader technologies and aim to ensure that:
- All images include descriptive alt text, or are marked as decorative where appropriate
- Icon-only buttons include accessible labels via
aria-labelattributes - Form inputs are properly associated with their labels
- Dynamic content updates (such as the LYRA chat interface) use ARIA live regions where appropriate to announce changes to screen reader users
- Navigation landmarks are properly labeled for efficient region-jumping
Color Contrast
We target a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal-size body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components, consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Our color palette was selected with legibility as a primary consideration. We do not rely on color alone to convey meaning — any information communicated through color is also conveyed through text, shape, or other visual cues.
Responsive Design
Our site is fully responsive and works across a range of screen sizes, from small mobile devices to large desktop monitors. Content reflows appropriately at all viewport widths without requiring horizontal scrolling, and touch targets on mobile are sized to be comfortably tappable. Users who zoom their browser up to 200% should be able to read and navigate the site without loss of content or functionality.
Text Alternatives
We avoid using images of text where CSS-rendered text serves the same purpose. Where icons are used without accompanying visible text labels, we provide screen-reader-accessible alternatives through aria-label or visually hidden text.
Form Accessibility
All contact and booking forms on our site are built with:
- Visible, descriptive labels associated with each input
- Clear error messaging that identifies which field has an issue and what is expected
- Logical tab order through form fields
- No time limits that would disadvantage users who require more time to complete forms
3. LYRA Chat Interface Accessibility
The LYRA conversation interface is a dynamic, interactive component. We have made efforts to make it accessible, including:
- The chat input field is keyboard-accessible and labeled for screen readers
- New messages in the conversation are announced via ARIA live regions where supported
- The floating LYRA widget button includes an accessible
aria-label
We acknowledge that conversational AI interfaces present unique accessibility challenges, particularly for users who rely on screen readers or switch controls. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of this component. If you find LYRA difficult to use with your assistive technology, please contact us — we want to understand the barrier and improve.
4. Known Limitations
We do not claim that our site is perfectly accessible in all situations. Known limitations include:
- LYRA chat interface: Real-time conversation interfaces can be challenging for some assistive technology configurations. We are working to improve this.
- Third-party components: Some embedded content or payment flows (such as Stripe’s payment interface) are controlled by third parties. We select providers who prioritize accessibility, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party components.
- Animations: Some subtle visual animations on our site may be distracting for users with vestibular disorders. We aim to respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to reduce motion for users who have enabled this in their OS settings.
5. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is a continuous commitment. Our ongoing efforts include:
- Regular review of new and updated pages against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
- Testing with keyboard-only navigation and common screen readers as part of our development process
- Addressing user-reported accessibility issues promptly
- Evaluating third-party components for accessibility before integrating them
- Staying current with evolving accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2
6. How to Report an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter a barrier on our site that prevents you from accessing content or completing a task, we want to know. Please contact us with a description of the barrier, the URL of the page where it occurred, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.

We aim to respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days. If you need content or functionality in an alternative format while we work on a fix, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
7. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant regulatory body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this may include the Department of Justice (for ADA Title III matters) or the U.S. Access Board. We take these obligations seriously and prefer to resolve issues directly before they reach that stage.
