Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using LaunchYourAI.com or any of our services. By accessing or using this website, booking a diagnostic, interacting with LYRA, or engaging LaunchYourAI for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

These Terms are provided for informational and contractual purposes. They do not constitute legal advice. You are encouraged to consult your own legal counsel regarding any questions about your rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and LaunchYourAI (“LaunchYourAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting LaunchYourAI.com, interacting with our AI assistant LYRA, booking a diagnostic session, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the site on behalf of a business or organization, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Our services are directed at small and midsize businesses and the individuals who operate them. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 13. See our Privacy Policy for details on children’s privacy.

3. Services Description

LaunchYourAI offers the following categories of services:

AI Workflow Assessment

An initial exploration of your business operations — typically facilitated through conversation with LYRA, our AI Workflow Advisor — designed to identify areas where AI tools may reduce friction, save time, or improve operational flow. This assessment is general in nature and does not constitute a professional audit, IT consulting engagement, or legal, financial, or business advisory service.

AI Diagnostic Session

A structured, facilitated session (delivered remotely or via our platform) that goes deeper than the initial assessment. The diagnostic is designed to surface specific bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and workflow inefficiencies where AI implementation may provide measurable value. Output typically includes a summary of findings and a prioritized list of opportunity areas.

AI Implementation Services

Design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows tailored to your business needs. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for implementation services are defined in a separate engagement agreement or statement of work, which supplements these Terms when applicable.

Managed AI Hosting

Ongoing hosting and maintenance of AI tools and workflows built through our implementation services. Managed hosting terms, uptime expectations, support scope, and pricing are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients of material changes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use LaunchYourAI’s website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on LaunchYourAI.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page design, workflow methodologies, diagnostic frameworks, and the LYRA assistant interface — is owned by or licensed to LaunchYourAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written permission.

Your Business Data

You retain full ownership of your business data — the information you share with us about your operations, workflows, personnel, clients, and processes. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We use it solely to provide the services you have requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Work Product

For custom AI implementation engagements, ownership of deliverables will be specified in the applicable engagement agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, all work product remains the property of LaunchYourAI until full payment is received, at which point applicable rights transfer as specified in that agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for LaunchYourAI services are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and acknowledge that your payment data is handled by Stripe, not stored by LaunchYourAI.

Diagnostic Fee

The AI Diagnostic Session is offered at a published fee, which is displayed on our Pricing page and confirmed at booking. This fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as described below.

If you proceed to a qualifying AI implementation engagement within 30 days of your diagnostic session, the diagnostic fee will be credited in full toward the cost of that engagement. This credit applies to implementation engagements that meet a minimum threshold, as communicated at the time of your diagnostic. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Implementation and Hosting Fees

Fees for implementation and managed hosting services are established in the applicable engagement agreement. Payment schedules, milestone-based invoicing, and late payment terms are defined in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.

Refunds

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable after the session has been delivered. If a session is cancelled by LaunchYourAI, a full refund will be issued. For other services, refund terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaunchYourAI provides workflow assessment, advisory, and implementation services intended to help businesses identify and act on AI opportunities. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, time savings, revenue increases, cost reductions, or operational improvements as a result of our services. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented, the nature of your business operations, and how your team adopts new tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchYourAI’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall LaunchYourAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. AI Guidance Is Not Professional Advice

The guidance provided through our services — including conversation with LYRA, diagnostic findings, and implementation recommendations — is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, HR, or other professional advice. You should not act on AI-generated guidance as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in the relevant field.

LYRA is an AI assistant. She can make mistakes, misunderstand context, and produce outputs that are inaccurate or incomplete. She does not have access to your full business context and is not a substitute for professional judgment. See our AI Disclosure for more detail.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaunchYourAI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content or data you provide in connection with our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time by ceasing to access our platform and providing written notice of termination of any active engagement agreements.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
