Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
LaunchYourAI is committed to handling your information with care and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your privacy rights under applicable law, consult a qualified legal professional.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you interact with LaunchYourAI — through our contact forms, diagnostic booking, or any direct communication — we may collect:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Business information: Details about your industry, business size, current workflows, pain points, and operational context that you choose to share
- Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store raw payment card data — see Section 5)
- Communications: Any messages, notes, or follow-up questions you send us by email or through our forms
Conversation Data from LYRA Sessions
When you interact with LYRA, our AI Workflow Advisor, your conversation inputs are processed in order to generate responses. Specifically:
- The text of your messages is sent to Anthropic’s API for AI processing (see Section 5)
- Conversation context may be retained within a session to allow LYRA to give coherent, contextual responses
- Sessions are isolated — your conversation is not accessible to other users, and we do not use your LYRA conversations to build profiles across sessions without your knowledge
- See our AI Disclosure for additional detail about how LYRA works
Usage and Analytics Data
We may collect standard web analytics data, including:
- Pages visited, time on site, and navigation patterns
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Referring URL and general geographic region (country or region level)
- IP address (used for analytics and security; not linked to your personal identity without cause)
This data is collected through essential site functionality and analytics tools. See Section 6 (Cookies) for more detail.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide services: Delivering diagnostic sessions, workflow assessments, implementation services, and managed hosting as requested
- To respond to inquiries: Answering questions submitted through our contact forms or follow-up communications
- To operate and improve LYRA: Processing your conversation input through Anthropic’s API to generate responses; improving the quality of our AI configuration and prompt design (not your conversation data — see LYRA-Specific Privacy below)
- To communicate about services: Sending confirmations, session reminders, follow-up summaries, and relevant information about our services. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your consent
- To process payments: Facilitating secure payment for diagnostic sessions and other services through Stripe
- To maintain security: Monitoring for abuse, unauthorized access, or policy violations
- To comply with legal obligations: Responding to lawful requests from authorities, resolving disputes, and enforcing our Terms of Use
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We work with a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Anthropic: Your LYRA conversation inputs are sent to Anthropic’s API for AI processing. Anthropic’s data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy and commercial API terms. As an API customer, we have agreed to Anthropic’s data use commitments, which include restrictions on using API data for model training without consent.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and store payment card details, billing address, and transaction history in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not store raw card data.
- Cloudflare: Our site is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which processes traffic data for performance, security, and content delivery. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LaunchYourAI, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users of any such change and their rights.
4. LYRA-Specific Privacy
Because LYRA is an AI-powered assistant, we want to be especially clear about how your LYRA conversations are handled:
- Conversations are processed by AI, not humans: Your inputs are sent directly to Anthropic’s API. LaunchYourAI team members do not read your LYRA conversations in real time. We may review conversation transcripts in limited circumstances — for example, to investigate a reported issue or improve our AI configuration.
- Your conversations are not used to train AI models: Under our commercial API agreement with Anthropic, your conversation data is not used to train Anthropic’s models without consent. We do not use your conversations to build or train any proprietary AI models.
- Memory isolation between users: LYRA does not retain memory of your conversation after a session ends (unless a persistent memory feature is explicitly offered and consented to). LYRA has no access to conversations from other users. Each session begins fresh.
- Session context within a conversation: Within a single session, LYRA may remember what you said earlier in that conversation in order to give coherent responses. This in-session context is cleared when the session ends.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. For a full breakdown of the types of cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie & Tracking Notice. In summary:
- Essential cookies: Required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled without affecting site behavior.

We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or cross-site tracking for third-party ad targeting.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion or we establish a longer engagement
- LYRA conversation data: Session data is not retained beyond the session unless you have opted into a feature that requires persistence (if offered)
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, typically 7 years
- Analytics data: Retained in aggregate, anonymized form for site improvement purposes
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including those listed in Section 7 above.
